Led by Japanese conductor Junichi Hirokami, the concert is dedicated to exploring the profound emotional spectrum and lyrical genius of Russian master Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky through two of his most monumental works. The evening opens with international guest soloist Elias David Moncado showcasing the virtuosic flair and folk-inspired warmth of the Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 35, before culminating in the raw intensity and tragic beauty of Tchaikovsky's final symphonic achievement, Symphony No. 6 in B minor ("Pathétique")
